Product Use and Safety Customers are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, labels and care information.Candles must never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials. Soaps, bath products and personal-care products are intended for external use unless otherwise stated. Customers should review ingredients before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. 4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and account information. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout. Our advertising, pricing and product claims are intended to be clear and accurate. Canadian businesses must not make materially false or misleading representations about products, prices or availability.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance Submitting an order does not guarantee that it has been accepted. 6. Order Changes and Cancellations Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing, been submitted to a supplier or been shipped. Any approved cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within Canada and the United States. Standard shipping costs are included in product prices. Optional expedited or express shipping, when available, may cost extra. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Estimated delivery times after processing are generally: *Canada: approximately 5–15 business days. *United States: approximately 5–15 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Products from the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused or unclaimed address may be the customer’s responsibility. Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or government fees unless they are collected at checkout. 8. Returns and Refunds Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must generally be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of: *Opened, used or burned candles *Opened or used soaps or personal-care products. *Personalized or custom-made products. *Gift cards. *Clearance or final-sale products. *Products returned without prior authorization. Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery, together with the order number and clear photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require 5–10 business days to process the refund. Our complete Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Accuracy of Website Information. The information provided on our website is intended for general informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted. Where an obvious error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.
